How to have multiple online games.

With a little work, you can have multiple online games going.

Open the folder %appdata%\Talisman, in here there are 2 files.
###.options.local
###.talisman4.cloud

Here's how to start a new game with somebody else, but keep your other game saved for later

make a folder, for the first game, named after who your playing with, 'Joe' for example.
Quit completely out of talisman, move the .cloud save to Joe. and restart talisman
Now you can start a new game with somebody else. if you don't finish that game, and want to play again later with joe. go b ack to %appdata%\Talisman.

make a fodler called 'Bob' for the 2nd friend, move the cloud file to bob. then goto joe, and move that cloud back, and you can resume your came with joe.
Just make sure you've fully quit out of talisman anytime you move the save files.

Confusing, and more work, but i've always hated not being able to play with 1 friend, when i've got a save going with a group of friends. with this trick, you can.

I've asked the programmers and they pulled frowny faces. This trick will work for having multiple online saves but it may mess with your XP progress as your seperate saves will contain seperate level data. You can do it but at your own risk!

Rather have the freedom to play with different friends, without having to lose my other games all the time, than worry about xp anyway. :)

At least until they add saves for us to pick from.
