I don't think so.

There is crossplay between Steam and mobile ports.

I believe that Xbox/PS4/Switch versions of the game are not updated on par with the other ports, so they don't have crossplay.

If anyone have the Xbox version, or even you, would be easy to try if there is crossplay since it is free on Steam and mobile.

Due to a mixture of platform restrictions, the Xbox version can only cross-play with the specific version of Talisman that is available on the Windows Store - but you should be able to download that for free if you want to try it!
