But this is not how this Spell is played in the real game.

Though, if Nomads ever will make a hourse rule that will fix certain cards and issues from the real game, I wound't mind seeing this too.

I think limiting the game functionality because "that's not how its played in the real game" is a bit shortsighted. They have an opportunity with the DE to add new and different kinds of functionality that could set it apart from the physical game. That alone could give people on the fence about buying the DE some incentive to purchase it (especially people who may already have the physical game and all it's expansions). Think like Hearthstone vs MTG, in Hearthstone you have mechanics like Discover. Mechanics like that you couldn't have in a physical card game. I think there is untapped potential in these sorts of mechanics for Talisman.

the thing about Hex is that you are trying to prevent people from going to a specific spot by threatening harm. So not being able to see it would not help in all situations. Using a card like that for nefarious purposes isn't as useful as you can't guarantee that more than one person will even land there for its duration.

Hex should be changed to work on the corner boards as well, as Hex is in the core set which obviously was released before the corner boards.

Agreed, it's a pretty useless spell at the moment unless you are able to cast it early game when everyone is still in their starting regions.
