Werewolf Card
I'm seeing multiple characters adding 1 to their dies rolls on the Werewolf card and I can't figure out why. The Gambler, OK, it's one of his abilities. But the Wizard and the Black Witch are also doing it. I've read the rulebook for Blood Moon and didn't find anything in there. There's nothing about doing this on the Werewolf Card, or any other cards in play either globally or held by any character. The Black Witch in particular has rolled 4 a number of times, changed it to a 5 and sent the Werewolf to another character to encounter.

What am I missing, or is this a bug?

They probably have lycanthropy, which let's them add +1 to their roll when rolling on the werewolf card.

Yes, they are lycanthropes, but I don't see that ability mentioned on the Lycanthrope card, the Werewolf card, or in the Blood Moon manual. Where is that printed?

It's on the werewolf card itself (the one you roll against and lists the outcomes):

"When the Werewolf lands on your character, you must roll 1 die (add 1 to your score if you are a Lycanthrope):"

It's not on the Werewolf card that pops up in my games when he lands on somebody. All that's on that card is the 6 possible die outcomes. Nothing like what you quote is on the card.

There's missing text on the Digital version of the Werewolf card: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=739651903 The board game card says:

Whenever a character rolls a 1 for his move, he must roll 1 die and move the Werewolf that number of spaces at the end of his turn. If it is Night, the Werewolf must end its movement in the first space that it enters with a character.

Werewolf Chart
When the Werewolf lands on your character, you must roll 1 die (add 1 to your score if you are a Lycanthrope):
1) You become a Lycanthrope (take a Lycanthrope Card).
2) Lose 1 life then immediately roll again on this chart.
3) One of your Followers, determined at random, is killed. If you have no Followers, you lose 1 life instead.
4) The Werewolf attacks you with a Strength of 8.
5) The Werewolf teleports to another character of your choice, who must immediately roll 1 die on this chart.
6+) You may either heal all of your lives, replenish all of your fate, discard any Adventure Card from the board, or teleport to any space in this Region as your next move.

There's also a lot of missing text on the Grim Reaper card: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=739651956 It should say:

When the Grim Reaper lands on your character, you must roll 1 die:
1. 'It is time.' Lose all lives, you are killed.
2. 'I'm here for that one.' One of your Followers, determined at random, must be discarded. If you have no Followers, you lose 1 life instead.
3. 'Dice with me!' Roll 2 dice for yourself and 2 dice for the Grim Reaper. If the Grim Reaper's result is higher, you lose 1 life. Otherwise, there is no effect.
4. 'A game of chess?' Miss your next turn.
5. 'There has been a mistake!' The Grim Reaper teleports to the character of your choice, who must immediately roll 1 die on this chart.
6. 'I have plans for you.' You may choose to gain either 1 Strength, Craft, life, gold, Spell, or fate, or teleport to any other space in this Region as your next move.

In the digital version it doesn't say who rolls first on 3 & it doesn't say 'in this region' on 6 and the titles are missing 'It is time' etc.

It would be helpful if a +1 icon was added to the Werewolf card when rolling as a Lycanthrope and a -1 icon added to the Grim Reaper card when the Danse Macabre ending is on.

I've also noticed if you have modifiers that add to your die roll or you add to your die roll it only goes up to 6.
eg. You roll a 5 but can add up to 2, if you add 2 it still only shows 6 pips, just a number 7 on the die would be ok.

That missing text explains a lot of what I've been seeing happen while using this expansion. Anybody like me that doesn't have the physical verion can be left scratching their head. At least they could add that information to the Blood Moon manual on Nomad's web site.

I wonder why they would not just use the original card/art? They don't add/subtract words from other cards like they did with these two....do they?

Have been playing this expansion for several days now. I think this is way over-powered and to me ruins the randomness of the game. 6+) should state: You may either heal 1 life, replenish 1 fate or teleport to any space in this Region as your next move. I think I'll just remove the Werewolf for better balance.
