Its a great expansion, i love it and enjoy it since the beginning.
Dragons or Harbinger are more dangerous.
As Gilga said Firelands diluted with other expansions is OK. But when used alone, yeah it's deadly
Of course, it's worth noting that No Respawning is a House Rule, so everyone dying in the Firelands wasn't really supposed to be a game finisher in it's own right, at least until someone has reached the Crown.
I like it. :)
Firelands by comparison is mitigated hard by the other expansions. Harbinger just murders you regardless of expansions, and makes the game harder than frickin Dark Souls.
Lately I've been turning off the Harbinger expansion (Aside from the characters) because I've found that it dominates the game too much, even when played with all of the other expansions.
By murder, is it the power of the Harbinger deck, or losing because of the Omens?
Dragon is similar, although not quite as deadly, because once you get a few scales, it becomes ridiculously easy to get more...
