How to get Revenge Achievement in about 1 Hour

This took a little over an hour. I only used the Base Pack as nothing else is needed.

1 Use Minotaur for your character and Minotaur for a "Local Player" opponent
2 Only use Fate +3 Runes for both characters and during play hover around the graveyard to keep your Fate high as much as possible. You will need a lot of Fate to land on either Minotaur more often. Also make sure you only start with 4 lives.
3 Have the Local Minotaur attack You and take either life, gold or any item. Use the Stampede against your character and try to lose even using your Fate to reroll a too high roll in order to forfeit the battle. Make sure the Local attacks you first, not the other way around.
4 Have your Minotaur attack back in the same way and take back life, gold or any item as well. Have the Local Minotaur lose on purpose.
5 Then have the Local Minotaur suicide into the Sentinel for a short game. It's OK to let the Local Minotaur hit the Church occasionally as this helps shorten the game.
6 Use or don't use weapons obtained depending on the desired outcome.
7 Don't close the Talisman game while you're doing this as this will reset the counter.

I tried playing 5 locals to gain this achievement in one game and had up to 10 carefully tracked Revenges but it only gave me credit for 2 after many hours of play. The method outlined above assures you get credit each time in a relatively short amount of time! GL!
