The Season Pass page lists everything it includes, and is a better deal than buying the content separately. It was meant to include everything available for the physical board game. To help out, it currently includes all but:
The Realm of Souls expansion (digital only content)
The Ancient Beasts expansion (digital only content)
The Clockwork Kingdom expansion (digital only content)
Talisman Character - Shaman (charity donation)
Any future content will not be included either.
please dont hate me if I ask here a question about polish language.
I just want to know if I buy Talisman: Digital Edition - Season Pass (that one for 128,99zł https://store.steampowered.com/app/258817/Talisman_Digital_Edition__Season_Pass/) will there be polish language in most expansion packs? Or is it really true that there is no polish language at all in none of expansions.
My basic game Talisman: Digital Edition is already in polish language.
I'm not sure how to confirm this though.
Back in ye olde days of 2014, we had a Season Pass that promised all content forever and always with no exception as we only ever intended to do the Revised 4th Edition.
A few weeks after it's release we changed the wording as it became clear there was a possible future where we would make our own stuff and things outside of the Revised 4th Edition so we edited the Season Pass to reflect this.
There were a few years of customers being rightfully upset and us being wrongly stubborn but at the start of last year we worked with Valve to split the Season Pass so that people who bought it when it promised everything got everything and those that bought it when it named what content it would contain got what it contained (Hidron has correctly listed the difference).
The majority of the early adopters of the Season Pass were grateful that it had finally been recognised that they should have access to everything. However, our number 1 negative review is from people who bought the Season Pass after the change who want access to all of the content that was promised before the change.
The game is fully localised in Polish.
edit: if there are any errors in the localisation blame Little Nemo
Season Pass is worth it, especially if you pick it up while on sale. You would pay more if you buy seprately. Obviously.
The newer DLC's are not part of the season pass and that really got under peoples skin but the season pass still offers a lot for your money. Even the newer DLC's are good.
So how do you check which Season Pass you got because I bought it pretty damn early as far as I remember and I don't have the new content?
It's always better to blame Fomalhaut than blame me ;).
You could look at the date of the purchase, but I think it easier will be if you see if you're missing some expansions or not. If you have the digital only expansions (like Realm of Souls), then you have the "super season pass". If not, then you have the current season pass.
From an earlier post by the Devs:
So, a Season Pass purchase prior to January 27th, 2014 might have granfathered you in. Check your purchase history. On Steam it is at https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/
Search for 'Talisman: Digital Edition Season Pass' and check the date.
Thanks for that! I bought in Feb 2014 so screwed there!
