Challenge for the Crown ending question/idea

So I notice that the first person to enter the CoC with this ending will be transported to the Dragon Tower's plain of peril which makes sense. However, the whole Inner Region board turns into the Dragon Tower Inner Region which means now all characters can go straight to the Dragon Tower. Can we separate the Dragon Tower Inner Region to another place in the game so that everyone has to go through the normal CoC before transporting to the Dragon Tower Plain of Peril??

especially with the Great Portal card that let you automatically teleport to CoC. I just saw AI go through the normal Inner Region then the board switch to Dragon Tower Inner Region. Then another AI from the middle region use the Great Portal to teleport straight to the final fight....
