It would also be helpful if there was a "Reset to Default" button next to the "Random" one on the House Rules screen to reset the settings back to default.
"Random Characters" should be the default, not "Choose Characters".
That's a good idea.
This way, you could randomise whichever settings you wanted without affecting others.
Also, I am probably pushing my luck here but I didn't see a way to randomise from among the alternate endings, when you go into that screen they are all disabled by default.
Is there a way to do this?
Locking the rules changes is unnessary, you can just decide not to reroll them yourself. The problem otherwise is people might just start games and leave when they don't like what's locked in.
A window of less than 1s would mean that people will often fail to click before it's over. You might as well disable dark fate altogether. 1s is fine, but 3s should be max, because more than that slows down too much.
