Not quite. The Dragon Lore item does exactly that, but most forms of prediction specify Adventure cards, and while Highland, City, Nether, and Dungeon cards are Adventure cards, Dragon cards are not. They're just Dragon cards.
Also we don't have the Dragon expansion yet. :P
The Orb seems to function only to let you replace the first card. I can’t see how this is implied in the card’s text.
I described a similar situation for a different ability (that to replace drawn spells) recently in the Bugs section. I wonder why the game is treating second or third cards drawn differently from the first. That doesn’t seem right to me, at least I wouldn’t have interpreted the rules that way when playing the physical edition.
Any confirmation or thoughts on this?
When the card glows in your usable card space you can double click it to activate it.
