Best steam deck settings?

What are your recommended settings for smooth performance?

I set my steam deck to 40hz, then in game FSR 3 Ultra Performance , then I do medium settings for everything, but I set shadows, reflections and global illumination to low. I can get pretty good performance. Sometimes it dips down if you have a lot of enemies and such but for the most part it feels pretty good. I have only played the game on steam deck so far
