Have to have a portal open in town to get some villagers to work

I've been getting prompts, while in the village, that in order for a task to start, I have to have a portal open. So far, I have to open a portal to use the wood tempering and one of the armor benches.

mine started doing this too on one of my anvils which he didn't need a portal before.

Same, having this issue and vanishing recipes.

In my world, I noticed the crafting stations that I made after certain structures all need portals open to use. the earlier crafting stations I built do not need a portal open.

I think the patch addresses this issue but structures built BEFORE the patch might need to be removed and rebuilt
