Viscera Cleanup .Net Framework error

When ever I start up Viscera Cleanup it's giving me the first time start up check and says .net framework 4 is already installed then restarts my computers I think this need to be checked. This only happens to Viscera Cleanup.

I got the same error. Whenever I start up the game, I need to go to command prompt and cancel the shutdown command.

It tells me that I already have a newer version of Net framework installed.

Q: Upon launching the game through Steam, it installs .Net, crashes, restarts my computer and then repeats. What do I do!?

is any new information about this problem? i have read the topic in link but nothing works for me

i have 2-3 sec when i start the game to cancel extraction from framework or my pc restarts every time

i have try delate "dotNetFx40_Full_setup" and use clean up tool
is any way to disable the first installation from framework on start?
