How to play @ 144Hz?
Or is it not supported at all by the engine?

If you need to change the FPS limit, you can do so in the UDKEngine.ini file.

You can find the file in your "Steam\SteamApps\Common\Viscera\UDKGame\Config\" folder.

Once open, search for the following section: [Engine.Engine]
Look in that section for the MaxSmoothedFrameRate setting.
Change it to your desired frame rate then save the file and launch the game.

I cannot guarantee the results.

So yes I am playing your game in 2020. But in that folder there is no such thing as engine.engine. Any idea where that is now? (EDIT: Doesn't matter it is named UDKEngine :)

You have to open the file "UDKEngine.ini" as a text file, then CTRL+F and search "MaxSmoothedFrameRate"
