Okay, so this is a weird one. When I validate the game's files it says that 7 files are missing and will be reaquired. I then launch the editor and it installs all the prequisites again? The crash still occurs, but because it reinstalled all of the prequisites, when I validate again it says 7 files are missing again, and the cycle repeats.
The swarm thing was just about building lights, when you buid the lights in the map it uses swarm, which is set to default drive D: some like myself need to change that to C: valadating file swould have reset that option if you changed it, but I guess thats for another time.
So validate and map still won't save?
You could try copying from another map, or just copy the trigger box and place your own incinerator actor.

this will prevent any game file corruption esp if exit editor and it asks you to save again some other package of vcd
allways press dont save if after use save as to save map ( it saves) exit editor and it asks to save gp something.upk allways press dont save as something in your map is stuffing up one of the official maps or multiple official maps
which means anyone who subs to corrupt yet working map will stop myltiplayer from working on any map
it is impetative that you only use save as to save your new map and ignor anything to save again until you identify why and what caused editor to ask again to save on exit
eliminate that and if save as saves your map and you exit editor and if it not ask to save again and just exts as it should do then you kbow you saving is nit currupting the existng game files
vcd is like going back in time if you kill or mod the mozzie you should never have killed and save it it will alter the game= multiplayer wont work or worse crashes
avoid those and only use save as and if editor asks to save again press dont save until identify the problem abd clear it from asking to save again
press save as it save exit editor it not ask to save ahain ,hen you are all good to go=not corrupt=safe to use:)
other than that if not know how to fix it
the fix is = backup all custom mod files delete everything exept for your saves folder keep the saves folder and delete everything in viscera folder then verify game cache in steam to reinstall clean copy of vcd
then replace wuth backups of your files( usually save vackyps in a new folder on desktop for easy access incase something goes wrong
unsub from every map
start vcd wait till worksop finish working
exit game
start vdcd again and wait till workshop finish working
exit game and start editor
start ediror if its corrupt it will chuck an error
then it will list and identify what is causing the problem
find and delete what chucks the errir on map load then use save as to save map
exit ediror and if editor not ask to save go something you definately know that your new file is fixed= no longer corrupt and save to release on steam workshop
modding is loads of fun
test map and get employee of the month 100℅ or higjer then you know map is good to go=more compliments in comments than complaints=good ratings insyaed of bad ratings=subs tjat can trust you= hundreds of vcd friend invites xd

also did you try building it yourself, as I said above, just copy the trigger volume from another level and add in the incinerator actor and light yourself?
For now they wouldn't need to be aligned, just in the level to see if they work without crashing.
Sounds silly but also try disabling realtime view, the fire particales could cause an issue if your memory is being chewed up by something

Okay, now UDK will crash when I try to open the level, forget saving it... Also, I built it all myself, too. I just wanna make a level :c
Looking at the log, I can see 3 files with problems from vcd, and 2 from your system.
If it were me I'd forget the verify and hit a full re-install.
Backup your maps first
uninstall from steam menu
goto the viscera folder and just delete everything left over.<-- important to nuke any leftovers
Then re-install and give it another shot.
It really does sound like a file corruption, similar to what happens when I save an official package, be it by mistake or otherwise. As aAJanitor said save all or anything like that kills the editor outright, just use save or save as, and never save anything official, unless you have backups or are willing to fix your editor, as I have to on may occasions (blame fully load and save being too close in the content browser) Difference being a verify normally works for me.
again make sure to backup any maps you've made before you hit uninstall.
It's not the best fix, but at least then we can rule out a faulty install or bad file 100%, maybe verify is missing something

Pick the file named vcredist_x64.exe
that should fix that one
the user32.dll issue may just be the game, that dll is used for a lot of things and would cause more widespread issues than just vcd editor. For example it's used in your windows explorer so you'd probably see something fishy
Hmm... I've downloaded vcredist_x64.exe and repaired the file. The level seems to save fine now, but when trying to open it, it crashes on the loading screen which reads, 'Loading Map: test.udk' Everytime I open the editor I create a new level and rebuild the incinerator components.
I've also completely re-installed the game, even vaildated the files (nothing was wrong). This is really a mystery.

So for the memory, I'd double check your page file make sure you're assigning enough ram and make sure you're not low on hdd space.
Not sure about the kernel error, you should Google that one.
And 3 vcd files, i could upload my working ones for you but I really do suggest reinstalling to get your own ones
I can pop them in a Googledrive for you but it's gunna be a little while before I'm at my pc
3 broken vcd files? I just reinstalled it before I tried the fix - nuked any remaining ones. If you could upload the working ones that'd be a big help. Also, how would I ensure I'm assigning enough RAM to the editor? I'm sorry about this being so annoying.
For the memory if you Google the term "out of virtual memory" you should get millions of hits and some ideas on what to try.
You can try searching these forums too, there's bound to be some different fixes posted around

backup the original files in this zip before extracting into viscera\binaries\win64
see if that gets rid of those missing address issues
