60FPS Limit? Here is how to Break the Limit:
This Copypaste is from a Guy on the Cargo 3 Board named Nucloid, thank you for the Tipp:

"Temporary FPS Boost.
This is a small post showing how to temporarily get more FPS out of "Viscera".
bSmoothFrameRate should hopefully be patched to false within the next patch or so.

Tools Needed:
Notepad++

Smoothed Frame Rate:

Currently Unreal Engine has an implemented bool called bSmoothFrameRate.
This makes it so the frame rate is smoothed between two framerate variables.
You can either set the max framerate higher or just turn it off completely. I recommend
turning it off and then turning on v-sync.

0) Make sure game is off.
1) Go to "Steam\SteamApps\common\Viscera\UDKGame\Config and open up UDKEngine.ini
2) Press left control + f and search for bSmoothFrameRate. You will notice that it finds two results of the same bool. Go to the one that is set to true.
3) Either set bSmoothFrameRate to FALSE or set MaxSmoothedFrameRate=144.
4) Save the file and start the game. The can now run up to 144fps and not go lower than 22fps."

Messaggio originale di Wayfall:
Messaggio originale di Technolancer:

I initially ran into the weird run-walk issue that Wayfall ran into, and I personally keep Always Run on. After digging around a bit, I noticed that there are 2 instances of bSmoothFrameRate and maxSmoothedFrameRate. After setting both maxSmooth... = 144 and keeping both bSmooth... = TRUE, The weird run glitch stopped. Not sure if it's applicable to everyone, but that's what worked for me.

Cool i will give it a go
Thank you for your reply. This solves part of the problem. When I use Mnk, I no longer have the problem of stopping running, but when I use Gamepad, I still have this problem.I think the controller may not be able to run this game above 60fps.
cant believe i've played over 50 hours on 60fps when i couldve done this, thanks man!

Hi

The uncap works for me but now my character can no longer run. I have turned always run off for now and when i hold shift to run my character can only run for 2 seconds. If i enable always run it changes between run and walk every 2 seconds.

Does anyone know how to resolve this weird engine bug?

you rock, thanks
144 causes that input lag set it to 100
that min smoothed thing should stay at 22 the max one 100 and the fps limit 100 then it fix that run glitch and get rid of the input lag (janitor but not the game will lag like a mother fker if ya use 144 so 100 max)
bSmoothFrameRate=FALSE

144 makes ya walk super slow=the game is running way too fast
also ya should turn physX on=
bdisablephysxhardwaresupport=False
and set the physX gpu heap size from 32 to 256 to fix the janky physics (borderlands 2 physics fix)
if ya have nvidia update physx driver when ya update ya video driver as 2 different drivers
AMD and intel=physx is built into video driver

turn vsync off in games options and set the physics to max=game still runs at 130 even though i capped it at 100 then turn vsync on it go back to 60 n make ya power bill way cheaper=now ya hear the games sounds with dead silent pc fans instead of pc fans are 747 jet engine xd

also this old post is from 2015=give op a break

fun fact
google this=
fps of human eyes
the result
30 to 60 frames per second
Most experts have a tough time agreeing on an exact number, but the conclusion is that most humans can see at a rate of 30 to 60 frames per second.2 Mar 2021

now ya know why there is over 64 million lag and stutter complaints on the nvidia website for evevery game including solitair=fools

ya 144hz monitor is a scam your games are not lagging or stuttering your brain is frame skipping cuz it is running too fast for your brain to process the frame rate=
your eyes are not a high speed camera xd so if you think ya can see 144 fps then what planet were ya born on and please state what species of alien you are cuz humans can only see a max of 60 fps=set ya refresh rate to 60

slow it down to 100 or 60=it also stop ya fans from screaming at ya as well as use higher graphics options=aka upscaling and the bonus=a much cheaper electricity bill and ya gpu last 4 years longer while ya go play it in 4k instead of 2k

144 is a waste of electricity people cant see 144 fps xd

make sure ya playing the 64 bit game
microsoft broke the 32 bit game in dec 2015 via windows update=log files report an 8gb gpu as a 3 gb gpu=out of video memory crashes in large maps like vulcan dlc or huge workshop levels as 32 bit reports incorrect pc specs like half the ram ya have and way less virtual memory too

64 bit=not broken=log files report correct pc specs
