What am I missing in Evil Science ?

I'm trying to get EotM achievement, I don't understand what I'm missing.
- Everything is clean (sniffer detects nothing)
- I have only "good" notes in my office (my colleague who wants to kill me etc), nothing telling me I've missed something
- I think I've stacked the good things in the right places :

The first screenshot was for "Nitrogen" things, and the second one was for "crates".
(+ the floor signs in a 3rd place)
- I've followed this guide to know what I can burn (or not) :

- All my medkit stations have a medkit correctly set

Really don't know what is wrong.

Blue barrels aren't nitrogen, make sure your crates are fully upright, and did you go into the locked room upstairs?

Thanks for blue barrels. My crates are fully upright and I'm sure I've visisted every single room in this map (including the locked room upstairs).
Even with blue barrels out of nitrogen zone, there is still something wrong

When in doubt of an item, just clear everything around it, and then use your sniffer to see if it goes off. If it does, then throw it out, and if it doesn't go off, then keep it.

You only need to stack the "Medical supplies" crates, not the bigger brown/orange ones. The blue barrels can also be left anywhere as long as they're upright.

I'm not 100% sure it's required but I always fix the toilet seat on the second floor.

Edit: Also, I've never had a problem with crates not being upright. AFAIK that only applies to barrels.

Did you fix the bullet holes, if there were any?

Bullet holes fixed, yes. The sniffer detects them, so I know I've fixed all of them.
Stacking other crates than "Medical supplies" is a problem to get EotM achievement ? (I'll try to put them in another place, but I thought it doesn't matter...)

It shouldn't matter. I did it and still got EotM.

If you didn't get any negative notes at all, the problem is most likely with stacking. Make extra sure you didn't miss a cryo can somewhere, and make sure you didn't leave any spare bins unburned.

I got it ! I remember I saw an arm disappearing in the wall when I tried to grab it. It wasn't detected by the sniffer though, and I totally forgot it after that. When I ran my game today, the arm was on the floor. After burning it and punching out, I got the EotM achievement !
