How do you fill out accurate death reports?

I've completed a few levels now, however despite putting in all the effort to find everyone's PID and try to figure out their cause of death I still keep getting "0% accurate" for each one. Am I only supposed to check 1 cause of death per person? Am I just not getting the subtle differences between "Blown up" and "evicerated"? What am I don't wrong?

ok the pids:)
some pids have a few boxes to tick say if you find a body with a knife in it and a bullet shell next to it then report guns for the bullet shell and homicide becuase the body was shot and stabbed because something stabbed the body it could be an alien an android or human that killed that body the pda's how the level looks and notes all give clues to say if it was human or alien that killed that body so sometimes dont report homicide and then report aliens etc
if the body is in half reoprt halved and if the body is in half with arms and legs cut off report dismembered and halved
if the body is on an alter or in somekind of death ceromony report rituallized
report evicerated if the guts on that body are hanging out

if all the pids in a level have none of these then the answer is other
if there is a pid in a puddle of blood and there is nothing left of the body the answer would be liquified
answers vary between bodies they can be all different as each body has a little story of its own:)
was it attacked dragged stabbed then shot who knows as the level and the body tell its answers:)

so all the bodies in the pool in pool of death map got killed by explosives the other bodies are different answers:)

doing the paperwork is optional just take all of the pids to the punchout machine and if the level is 100% clean and barrels crates signs etc are stacked properly in the right zones you should still get employee of the month and a 100% report in the office without doing the paperwork
if you guess some of the right answers for the pids by doing the paperwork if you get employee of the month the report score will be higher than 100% so get all the right answers and could get 140% or maybe higher on the report screen in your office:)
this info can help guess the some of the right answers as every pid is different:)
if you get 0%/fired it could be because one burned all the crates and barrels/company property:)

So unless you get every single checkbox right for a person's cause of death the report will say "0% accurate" at the end? That seems pretty annoying. It would be nice if the paperwork provided a bit more feedback telling you what you got wrong.

Death report accuracy is at 0% every single time. How do I get a number besides 0%?

ok sorry i will have another look at a map and see if it happens to me

you know what your right the accuracy is at 0% all the time on any map and blown up is the right answer for the pid I used in the pool
theres only 1 answer for that pid so it should be 100% or 10% but not 0%
its 0% on every pid in any map for death report accuracy
I even looked at the answers in the editor and death report accuracy still at 0%
maybe its a bug or im doing the paperwork wrong or its something new thats not ready yet?
the paperwork is optional and can still get employee of the month by skipping the paperwork:)

i do remember the paperwork and the report screen is a new feature in vcd so maybe in a future update of vcd it will be better

Slap the PID into the punchout machine, go into the "paperwork" option, scroll to the bottom, and it should give you the name of the deceased. Click on their name, and you can start filling ♥♥♥♥ out.

Once you're done, click accept on that death form, and then "back to work" or whatever on the paperwork page.
