And pollute space with even more junk?! Disgusting.
I want an incinerator - it's cleaner. Fire cleanses everything.
Yes, yes, because that potentially dangerous smoke venting from the incinerator into the limited airsupply onboard a space station is much better than throwing a few bodies into the infinite vastness of space where no one will ever find them anyways, if they don't incinerate themselves burning up in the atmosphere of a planet or star first. :/
This is a corporate errand - this station is part of a larger facility. The description says an inspection crew will be passing by to check on how the work is being done. You want all the viscera, burnt bodies and various kinds of junk circling around the vessel? That will cost me my job and the neat look of the station.
The incinerator should be placed withing the airlock -lest an incident should occur, all the fire can be easily vented into space. Fire never sullied anything.
It's a videogame. No one will care if any bits are still floating around the complex. Besides, the speed at which they're shot out the airlock means they more than likely won't end up anywhere near the station. If you've seen Event Horizon, you'd know that the ship is in low orbit around Neptune in the movie. This probably means the planet's gravity will capture any bits anyways.
Besides, you're being "payed" on how clean the inside is, not the outside.
Anyways, this discussion is stupid. All items despawn once thrown out the airlock. You won't be fired or anything remotely like that. That level has no incinerator, and you'll just have to deal with that. It's just a game. Get over it.
Let's assume that it did let you.
You realize you're not wearing a space suit, right?
The airlock is fun to use:)
The last cargo shuttle got hit by an asteroid as the shipment of an incinerator and space fuel never arrived:)
