Anyone know why I cant sprint?

Never had this issue last time I played, but currently my character just fails to sprint a lot of the time and slows down randomly. Is it a 1440p thing? I kinda have to keep moving diagonally to move at a normal speed and its really weird, and while I carry buckets or bins I almost never can sprint

Found out for anyone who needs it in the future, having a cap of 144 fps makes you walk really slow when it gets to that fps. Lock at 100 instead
