well the medkits , you need to replace some in the walls slots .. Pizza slicers i dont know , there is some on certain table but i doubt its usefull...

I don't have the game, but I had a wild thought. Maybe they could be (at some point anyway) used to cut body parts to more managable sizes for disposal purposes? Be a nice little extra feature I think?

At a certain point in the game, you'll hear a doorbell noise. Apparantly during the alien invasion someone had ordered a pizza. You have to go to a specific door which has a blinking yellow light and open it. Depending on the map, it will be a different door, but they all will have been previously locked. A pizza delivery man will be waiting there, and you will have to give him $13 for the pizza, and a 15% tip. Afterwards you must bring the pizza back to a place where you can place it on a table and open it. It turns out that the pizza was really hot, so the cheese melted back over where they sliced, and that's what you use the pizza cutter for. I'm not gonna tell you where to find utenisls, or the secret "Alien Pizza" ending to the game though, that's for you to find out.

I think its meant to cut the giant alien bodies that don't fit in the incinerator but it doesn't work.
