Mod to make blood easier to see?

Is there a mod to make blood/stuff you need to clean up eaiser to see? Kinda like an X-ray mod or something that highlights remaining parts left, its very annoying to spend hours tracking back and forth just to find some stupid blob of ash left on the ceiling

Well, that's what the Sniffer is for (that weird thing with the nose on the front that you get when you press "3")...
Just walk up and down the level, and when the bars get higher and it starts beeping, you know there's something there...

Sniffer isn't helping that much I have been using that but still cant get 100%

Oh yes, 100% is hard to get. But pay attention to the notes you find in your office, as they tell you what you missed, and some of that might not be detectable by the sniffer, such as open incinerator doors, overturned barrels, unstocked medkits, etc.
But unless the sniffer is completley flat, you know you missed something.
You can also make up for your lost score by filling out the report form and stacking crates/barrels/etc, though.
If you're really paranoid, you can always press ~ to open up the developer console and type "killnearestmess" (without the quotes, duh) a few times, but that is kind of cheating and should only be done if something gets stuck in the floor and you can't get it out or whatever.

Sounds like you're not using the sniffer properly. It's a very subtle device.

You also need to clean up more than just blood, if that wans't obvious. The sniffer has two modes - are you sure you're not missing some other kind of mess?

to get employee of the month can be a challenge but is pretty easy to get once you know what counts against you in office notes:)

A list of stuff or mini VCD Manual that helps with getting a score over 100% on almost every clean!

incinerator and doors closed at punchout
all crates barrels wet floor signs etc stacked upright in the stacking areas(the blue hexagonal crate goes with the crates)
stack medical boxes in the green crates square
stack the yellow medical waste boxes if see med waste area on the floor/sign etc
stack the nitrogen canisters=mini barrels
all Pids/usb sticks to the punchout machine=try to guess the paperwork for a higher score
burn all buckets and bins=sniffer not smell clean ones
turn all lanterns off
stack omnicorp boxes
clean replace and reload the sentry guns
some of the medical bits/knives etc are non organic mess such as trays with blood on them
leave TNT alone if possible to avoid explosions:)
dont burn any crates or barrels or the welder
burn all the blue guns
burn all glowing green goo jars=sniffer only smells broken goo jars
replace all medical kits
bury the sand monsters with sand using the shovel
plant all plants/seeds in the seed beds
make sure gravity is active/on at punchout
weld all robot footprints
weld all lightning scars
weld all bullet holes
burn the mops
burn leftover sentry gun ammo
burn leftover sentry guns after reloading the guns
try not to walk blood everywhere=clean a path to the machines and fire 1st for faster easier cleaning
use the sniffer at the end find anything missed with both of its settings=if both the sniffer tones beep at 1 tone everywhere with no moving bars it's clean
when satisfied use the punchout machine and if done well by doing these things one should get a high score maybe get 130% I got 150% once on a map:)
