I haven't seen any kind of 'mess-finder goggle device'.
The closest thing is the sniffer, which you probably know about anyways. But that doesn't sound like what you were talking about, though.
I get it's a Twitch stream, but if you could get a screenshot that would be great, too (I'm just curious what the thing looks like at this point).
Sounds like a mod, though.

But yeah, OP, they don't detect messes, if that is what you're refering to. You can find security cameras in a few workshop ams and in Revolutionary Robotics. Just click on the screen to use them.
the gamma slider also turns night into bright but is best to leave that set at default:)
max fov on the fov slider is best camera setting=spill less buckets:)
