stuck at 89% got rid of all dishes/appliances/cans/boxes/furniture/tikis/ everythihng and not going higher. sniffer not picking up anyything what are we missing

Same issue here. The chipper has feasted on everything, the mop is worn down from cleaning and the sniffer has cleared the entire area. Still only 89%

I'm fairly certain hte lawnmover is a reference to the zombie movie Braindead (aka Dead Alive).

Other references I recognise:

Poltergeist (The whole house w/ indian graves in the basement)
Friday the 13th (Jason Voorhees' hockey mask and machete)
Halloween (Mike Myer's mask and bucther's knife)
Nightmare on Elm Street (Freddy Kuger's knife-fingered glove)

I took a wild guess and got employee of the month with all achievements:)
put all trash and food cans in the wood chipper
put all bins and buckets in the wood chipper/portal
stack all the boxes
do the paperwork=I skipped the paperwork?
smash all the glass objects/leave the vases
leave the knives there a 2 knives to collect
collect all the collectables
get rid of all blood and bodies:)I collected a skelleton+wigi board
wood chipper the pumpkins
wood chipper all the paper notes and toilet paper
collect or toss the lawn mover into the wood chipper otherwise the lawn mower man will get you?

all the boxes stack them upright in front of the garage door=so many boxes=toss em out the windows its faster n try not to put boxes/bodies/blood on the roof:)

I'm of the opinion that breaking the glasses is a BAD thing, similar to breaking the goo jars in Caduceus.

On one version of a save I had only broken a few glasses/plates by accident, and I get 100% on punchout (with stacking). Going back in and breaking everything I get 93%. Breaking everything plus the vases and I get 90%. The only news article I get is about a shard either killing a dog or causing some guy's hair to get shaved off.

You have to remove:

• normal blood, bodies and trash
  
• lawn mower
  
• trash bags & cans
  
• pumpkins
  
• food cans
  
• pots
  
• knives
  
• water cookers
  
• toasters
  
• Indian corpses and tombstones
  
• (I also burned all candles, even if the sniffer showed nothing on them)

Best is using both sniffer functions in every single room.

PS: I broke no single glass or plate and got 100% without stacking any crates

Yeah, just confirmed it through abuse of killnearestmess: No stacking and no breaking of glasses/plates, 100% and no articles. Break a single glass and it goes down to 99% with a newspaper article.

Don't break any glassware!

You do indeed need to avoid breaking glassware, vases and plates.

Also make sure you've cleared both locked areas. The one with the gate can be easy to overlook.
