When playing House of Horrors, does only the host need the map, or does everyone?

I play with friends, and I purchased the DLC. In order for them to join me, do they need the DLC as well?

It's even worse. They need the DLC for them to join your game if you play the house of horror or not. Even if you don't have any of the items. That's why 90% of the time I can't / won't host a game.

The client downloads some assits from House of Horror. But it takes way too long. I cannot confirm what will happen if the download is done on the client end.

lol yeah if want to play house of horror with others you need to have dlc installed same to play dlc workshop maps
i couldn't help but laugh after seeing such a silly comment lol
i hope you and freinds enjoy house of horror multiplayer
if the game says downloading something forever it means that the other person has no dlc or isnt subbed to a workshop map that they don't have
enjoy the game:)
