Disintegrator Achievement broken?

I've noticed that my count for the Disintegrator achievement isn't updating. I tested it by going into Caduceus, melting five objects with the welder (including vaporizing two entirely by melting the slag over and over until it vanished), then checking the number -- it didn't update.

Is this a known bug? Is there a fix?

Hmm
Go in the viscera folder in the 64 bit binaries folder and set UDK.exe to run as administrator comparability mode for windows 7
Put your friends thing in Steam to online
Play 64 bit game
Save manually often
Disable autosave autosaves are useless and so is steam cloud sync
Turn those off permanently
Sweet now broken cloud won't screw all of ya games up or mysteriously delete ya saves for the fun of it cuz the cloud sux
Cloud also causes crash at punchout bug

Always manually save often especially after using the punchout machine while you're in the office
Many achievements fail to fire if you don't pause the office and save it before you use the office exit door to return to the main menu

As for desintergrator
Try it in incubation emergency map vs biomass after ya set fire to the entire level with ya welder
Save often it can take steam longer than 10 minutes to update the achievement counters
So good idea to wait at least 15 minutes before ya quit the game

I had something similar happen with the helping hand achievement
Do that one in house of horror the bucket machine is really close to the wood chipper
Catch a hand before it touches anything n thow it in the woodchipper
Bucket machine also spam gibs way more than it does in other maps n it gives more hands than feet so ya can get that one alot faster than in any other level

You don't have to punchout of incubator map especially if not feel like cleaning up all the welder soot n burn marks vs desintergrator achievement
