Where to dispose of bloody water buckets and biological remains?

Captain's log, stardate 8130.3 After Khan nearly destroyed us, my loyal crew has worked day & night to restore the Enterprise to battle-ready condition... however, even with our current technological advances, we can materialize buckets of clean water and new bio disposal bins, but we have no idea how or where to dispose of them after they are used and now they are littering my ship. This is worse than trouble with tribbles!

Okay, in all seriousness, if I can replicate materials out of thin air, I should be able to disintegrate matter too. At the very least there should be a place to incinerate body parts and a way to get rid of used buckets. Someone please enlighten me.

Lastly, I find the controls a bit too clunky and unprecise. Part of the fun of this game is supposed to be about accomplishing a major cleanup, not knocking over or spilling everything you attempt to interact with. The controls definitely need to be tightened up.

There is a big furnace/incinerator thing on each level. It looks like a big metal box with door handles on two of its sides. Open a door and you'll see fire. I found a picture of it in the community screenshot section- if that helps.

I am on the first map and it appears the door leading to the incinerator is locked. I will try to find a way to open it. Thanks.

The controls are fine also. You're only gonna be spilling things if you're running everywhere and not paying attention to what's going on.
