Camera continuously rotating left

I'm aware that at least one question like this has already been answered here on Steam, but the fixes provided didn't work for me. The camera is still spinning even after doing the following:

1. Closing the game, plugging the controller (Xbox One controller) out, then restarting the game
   
2. Editing the settings.ini file to disable the controller
   
3. Reinstalling the game
   
4. Checking the Windows Device manager and disabling all controllers (other than the keyboard and mouse, obviously)

I have had a similiar issue with some other UE3 games such as Tribes: Ascend.

Have you maybe restarted your computer?

Otherwise, maybe it's some sort of driver nonsense. In which case, try installing this:

Yes, I have restarted my computer. Now I'm trying that installation, I'll reply asap if it helps.

No. And to make matters "easier" for you, here's a handy list of all my peripherals currently plugged in:

- Logitech G110 (keyboard)
- Logitech G500 (mouse)
- Logitech C920 (webcam)
- Creative Tactic 3D Fury (headset)

The only other "controller" I own is the Xbone controller, but it's not currently even plugged in. I understand how annoying it is to help customers with problems like these, which is why I'm glad just for the developers' reply even if this can't be fixed. :)

start vcd it make a new udkinput.ini
still spinning in circles then it could be a stuck key on keyboard or a faulty mouse try another mouse
who knows maybe the webcam is being detected as a controller just a thought unplug webcam n see if it stops spinning
my logitech webcam used to do that so i unplugged it:)
a steam update sent webcam haywire steam controller big picture and steam vr updates allways screw something up not fun when xbox controller gets detected as a vive or a steam controller and i dont have a steam controller or a vr device=wtf
try steam beta in steam settings it fixed my controller in other games
cant use my webcam if steam is running

not entirely sure about xbox one controller might need a 3rd party driver for it or open the device in control panel and test it to callibrate the controller maybe its not centred????

vcd is default compatible with microsoft xbox 360 controller for windows i got mine from eb games its really old but eb still sell em the new ones support better driver mine uses a win 7 diver n i got win 8.1 works nice in ue3 and ue4 and unity games

1. Deleted UDKInput.ini, started game, camera spins even faster now (because it set the controller settings to default).
   
2. Keyboard is fine, I'm not detecting any issues with any other games including GTAV and GRIP.
   
3. Mouse is fine, if it wasn't I would've noticed something in games not running on UE3.
   
4. Removed my webcam, started game, camera still spinning.
   
5. Tried the beta version of Steam, started game, camera still spinning.
   
6. Checked the controller (even though it wasn't even plugged in), it's correctly centered and uses the default drivers included with Windows 10 like it should.
   
7. Tried using the controller with VCD, it wasn't recognised.
   
8. Tried using the controller with GRIP, worked like a dream.
   
9. Came back here to inform you. (None of these helped me to fix the issue.)

Just to be sure, here's my entire system configuration, too (even though I doubt it's of any use to you):
CPU: Intel Core i7-3820 3.60GHx
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960
RAM: 2x Kingston DDR3 (8GB)
Motherboard: Asus Rampage IV Black Edition
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 3TB
OS: Windows 10 Home Edition 64bit

Tried using the controller with VCD, it wasn't recognised.(was that in 32 bit vcd 32 bit has a controller bug???)
im having alot of problems with 32 bit vcd not connecting my xbox 360 controller but it does work eventually!
try 64 bit controller get detected
32 bit enter and exit office until controller works a steam update did something to controller support in 32 bit vcd:)
something fishy if camera still spinning in circles without a controller plugged in!
try the standalone shadow warrior and santa rampage does camera not spin in circles???

another reason ill never upgrade to windows 10 that os is fully loaded with anoying bugs n half ya older games wont work:)

Thanks, but my dirty little workaround did the trick! The camera stopped spinning. :3

Here's a quick tutorial for that:
1. Go to http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2773801
2. Follow the guide, but instead of navigating in the Tribes: Ascend folger go to Steam\steamapps\common\Viscera\Binaries\Win64 (or Win32 depending on which version you are using) and unpack the zip there

im not sure about mac but since i upgraded to Bugrows 10 my xbox 360 controller now magically works fine in both 32 and 64 bit vcd
controller bug out in windows 8.1 n work when it wants to in 32 bit vcd xd
