The closest thing I can think of to a "chronological order" would be to follow Bob's notes, which are dated.
Notes that I know of:
Office "Hidden Room" note: 15/11/2183
Cryogenesis: 02/02/2184
Caduceus: 03/02/2184
Waste Disposal: 04/02/2184
Unearthly Excavation: 11/02/2184
But there is nothing to really suggest that this chronology has anything to do with the date of the disaster that casused all this mess, and apparently there is not a note on every level (could be wrong...)
Interesting, and a bit disappointing. I was hoping to create some sort of pseudo-campaign for myself, but that doesn't appear possible. I'd love a campaign, honestly. Get better tools as you go through it via your salary, (a hose, a jetpack, a vacuum), or personal items for your office (a music player, TV, magazines, posters etc.), get commendations that you can hang up, get a better office eventually. Could be a ton of fun.
