That said, check out Body of Evidence on the steam store, and Breach and Clean ( indie sites should have it ).
House flipper is a decent game but yeah I'd wait for a sale to get it, painting walls is as mindless as it gets.
For sheer chore style games, most simulators are rather repetitive but finding a good one is hard.

That does look interesting though, along the same vein as House Flipper.
Be advised game seem pretty buggy. Can't really play it duo to fps loss.
But is about fixing ship and building it.
But I guess Viscera is the best in such genre
