Scripts are outdated

Suddenly and for no reason I can think of when I start the game it says "Scripts are outdated. Would you like to rebuild now?" I click Yes.
It starts doing it's thing and gives; Warning, Can't find files matching ~\Steam\steamapps\common\Viscera\Binaries\win32\..\..\Development\Src\VisceraVulcan\Classes*.uc
(I removed the path up to the Steam folder since it's not really important)
I don't have that DLC and I haven't had this problem since the DLC came out until today and I've been playing almost every day.

I can tell it No at the message I can play the game just fine, but I noticed all of the items I've brought back to the Office are now missing, plus all but 3 of my Employee of the Month awards. I even had just placed a few heads and an easter egg, quit the game came back and only 2 of the heads where still there.

I've tried verifying the files and it either says 8 or 9 files. I've done this 3 times and the number is either one of those 2 each time. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game with the same Scripts are outdated message each time.

Got the fix, but still missing my stuff.

Head to ...steamapps\common\Viscera\Saves\Backups and take the most up to date file to replace the TrophyDataCollective.sav file found one folder back.
It's not going to rollback everything sadly, the backups are made for the latest known items you brought to your office before you bring something new. So hopefully you didn't lose anything too difficult to get back.
