Unable to install

I get an error at like 10% with this message popping up

I've tried to reinstall framework 4.5, visual c++ and UE3Redist.exe
Deleted Viscera files and photo file
Disabled antivirus prior to install and after restart

Hmm, that's odd.

What was the message?
I'm not sure exactly what would cause this, other than anti-virus(which you already disabled).
No hard-drive space or permission issues in the install directory? Such as program files for example.

Beyond that I'm at a loss without knowing what the message says.

if visualc++ redist is a problem (ue3redist fails)download and install
visualc++redist 2010 and 2013

And also, the Viscera folder has always been empty.. No files have ever been added

Try going to "steam>settings>downloads" and click clear download cache.
Then try again to install.
Also make sure your download region is set to something close to your area.

Also we still can't see what error you're getting. Try uploading your screenshot to imgur or something, or what I sometimes do is upload it as steam "artwork" then link us to that.

did verify game cache even work it should reinstall VCD if the viscera folder is empty esp if the install button wont work in steam library????

steam install could be corrupt to force update steam try steam beta
go in steam settings and opt into steam beta its free and can opt into or out of beta at any time
steam beta works much better on windows 10 too
i use steam beta=the workshop map upload tool works fine in steam beta for this game as it fails in normal steam(i use win 8.1 pro as i hate windows 10)

run steam as administrator may also help
check that hdd not full or if ya have ran out of internet data on ya internet plan too
wont know much till we see that error message=google that error message usually helps to find an answer too

maybe this will help esp if you fully exit chrome and skype or any other program that interferes with steam=

if have avast antivirus ya can leave that running i have no issues with avast vs steam or avast vs VCD
maybe install any windows updates that are available too it may fix the problem with steam

what about santas rampage or shadow warrior do any of those work?
if one of those failed to install the main game might fail to install?
i see all 3 vcd games in your library
also see ya have lots of games=is hdd or ssd full?
check that download not quewd if it is start the download from the downloads page

turn windows firewall back on after that if fix works
if firewall is the problem to fix firewall open windows advanced firewall rules
on the inbound tab find steam.exe select that and tick a box that says allow connection
do same in outbound rules then can leave firewall on
not a good idea to leave firewall disabled

still just guessing here until we see what that error message is?????
then the devs or myself and cannonfodder might be able to help ya fix the problem
if steam is corrupt just opt into steam beta it will force steam to update
opting out of beta will rollback the steam install to normal steam so ya not lose all your games
do not uninstall steam if ya do that youl lose your games=waiting a year for all games to reinstall is not fun:)

looks like a corrupt download ill do some research but by the looks of things going to that directory and deleting that file then verify game cache should redownload VCD

edit=perhaps ths will work=
go here=C:Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\downloading\246900
delete 246900 folder in downloads folder
also go here= C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Viscera
and make sure viscera folder is empty=delete everything in the Viscera folder
go in steam settings and clear download cache

then verify integrity of game cache to reinstall vcd or press install button in steam library
maybe that will fix it= it should clear corrupt download

still no go then maybe the devs have a better solution:)

I live in Norway, so not surprised that it is half Norwegian, it says that I can check Customer support or whatever
