all the blood is GONE, all the viscera is GONE, all the janitor stuff is GONE, all that remains is the trophys from random missions, the medkit is IN, i dont know what else... is there special stacking zones for the barrels and crates???

I don't think notes count as trash, with the exception of the hoh dlc

ok so after muckgyver assessed it all that it is complaining about is the stuff inside my trunk (all bobs notes except for the on in UE)

Hmm not sure how to go about this.
You could take all Bob's notes to ue, open the secret area, make a save, then go clear out the trunk in the office.
That way you'll have the notes and the area opened in your save, so you can reload it and bring it all back to the office in the event that emptying the trunk in the office doesn't work.
That said I have seen a few players saying that specific achievement isn't triggering for them.

all paper notes count as mess
beware killnearestmess deletes bob notes
if they disappear is somethi g go wrong use a backup trophy save after ya get the clean freak achievement to return ones treasure back to the office

i dont know if it was a bug or what, but i JUST got clean freak today. i still had all the notes in my office, and a bunch of trophies and heads that weren't even for other achievements. all i was doing when it popped up was rearranging my head collection in the cellar and cleaning up the blood as it was placed, and it just popped up.

The Achievement, as far as I can tell, is tied to Bob's Notes. Namely, the Red Key Card.

Some collections are considered as trash. Just go into Viscera installation directory. And rename the Saves folder temporarily. And it would make your stuff invisible and even keeps the doors unlocked.

Open your office and sniff everywhere. There was some readings it picked up. Open up the command and use the Killnearestmess command until both sniffer modes stops bleeping. It detected something that wasn't accessible for me. In the trophy room. After doing that. Just exit office via door. Then after getting the achievement. Delete the new Saves folder. And rename the main Saves folder back to Saves. And you'll get everything back.

Nothing you bring back to the office from other levels will count as mess.

The only things you'll need to clean up are messy things that existed in your office to start with and any more mess you've made.
Things that count: Blood, Trash, Melted Sludge, Viscera, Body Bags.

Paper notes in any form do not count, not even the ones that were there or the ones created upon entering the office.

The "things" beyond the gate also do not count against you.
Likewise, you also do not need to unlock the gate to get the achievement.

It should be noted that in order to trigger the achievement, you have to actually save or exit the office. It doesn't trigger while you're cleaning things.
