well designed game. The character's movements are very smooth.

I should have suspected something when I saw Soul in the title.

The game seems to have a deep story, I hope to learn more about it from the Youtube walkthroughs.

The game is... Janky. It is an unpolished Dead Cells. Your artist deserves a raise and more time (flesh out the area below the feet of the player, big black box is jarring beside all the detail above/behind the player).

I don't think this game warrants more than a couple minutes of play, because it's just not fun in comparison to the other games in the space.

Like it's got a great premise, but the actual gameplay isn't engaging at all. I love the bit about using other body parts to build a great fighter. I love the roguelite and metroidvania elements. I just don't like the combat at all. It's too simplistic and feels hallow, even for a metroidvania. It's just not for me, I suppose. I played an hour of it and it felt less fun that some idle games I've played.

Absolutely loved the game's visuals and lighting! The character customization with different body parts is captivating. Still hunting for the perfect set. Eagerly awaiting updates and the full version.

While I appreciate the unique aspects of Soulbind: Tales Of The Underworld, I wish the game was a more traditional action-adventure experience (e.g. 'Shovel Knight'). The game's structure, where a single defeat sends you back to the beginning, means I miss out on exploring new locations, encountering new enemies, and challenging new bosses. This no-checkpoint approach creates a repetitive loop that, for me, echoes the endless cycles I remember from watching Teletubbies in my youth – humorous, but not quite what I'm looking for in a game.

Despite this, I acknowledge that Soulbind is a solid choice for players who relish in the 'die-and-retry' format. It's well-crafted for its genre, but regrettably, it doesn't align with my gaming preferences.
