I have played a ton of the base game. Are the other 3 things full new games or just re-skins?

These builds are essentially the same games (minor tweaks), but they have been updated to include Steam Achievements and Trading Cards.

Any news on when this will be available in Australia? I used to play Fate on the school laptops when I was in Highschool, so much nostalgia left just out of reach for us down under.
