Demo feedback
This was very uncanny and built tension very well for the most part. I felt like I was inside a nightmare the whole time, but I could not tell exactly why.

With this said, I think it goes from 0 to 100 too quickly. The really "scary" elements like the silhouettes and the monster jumpscares should not start until I get the joystick, the uncanny pictures and deteriorating music can stay the same I have no issue with that, but this has potential to build more fear than the demo does if it doesn't try to scare me in the first few minutes.

The first series of tests that ask questions like "is this a clock" have answers that are too obvious. At least, some of the images while not distorted could be more like those on hCaptcha, they could be made artificially harder to discern. On the clock question, we could have a picture of a zoomed-in clock where only the corners of the clock are still visible and a picture of a family in the middle is shown. Also, we could have a picture of a person standing while wearing an animal mask, and the lower half part of their body is cut-off.

I'm just throwing ideas, but I feel that there is no way for a normal person to score under 16 unless they do it intentionally, or unless they are visually impaired if not blind.

I feel like the test was made by the monsters, it feel more like they are learning from the player and messing with us. Makes more sense when looking a it that way.

But hey that's just a theory, a game theory!
I'm sorry.

Seriously though, even if that was the intention behind the game, that the player was forced to take a test by a bunch of alternates, I can't see how that should impact when the horror really begins. It is entirely possible to have both of those elements simultaneously: More build-up, and also the story being about an abduction or something alike.

It is only a demo, though. I'm optimistic that the game will keep improving until release.

I enjoyed it until it locked on me during what I believe was the beginning of the joystick calibration (never got to get past that calibration screen with the two circles). Music continued, but mouse-look was locked, as was the system menu (ESC didn't respond). Had to kill the task manually.

I have to say that this game really had something. I will play the full version once it gets released. It would even have been terrifying without the monsters. Analog horror gets me like nothing else.
