Oriental sword called cora
Stuck at this, its part of the "Three citizens" quest, instead of bringing the girl to the red wolf leader i could give him the sword. Even the girl gave up already and sked me to deliver her to him, did i miss something?

Where do i find this sword?

It's a rare sword and usually you can buy it in Cremena. It is always there in the beginning of the game. Later on it could take a while to catch a day it's in the market there.

Be aware that you have to deliver the sword AND the girl to the wolf leader. After this you can choose what you wanna give away ;)

Yep, i guessed it was that becasue i ran out of things to do and keep checking markets around, got a little discouraged when she said something about there was no hope and i tought i missed something.

The thing is, i knew a cora/kora sword was like a kukri knife, i was looking for something similar, i think i inspected that sword like 5 times and didnt even notice the name on it!
When i finally managed to buy one and equip it..... i slaped myself in the forehead.

Alexander I love your game but parts like this drive me crazy. The message made it sound like you had to make the sword Cora, and that would have been kinda cool. So I went to all the smithies on the map. Nothing. So I had to look the answer up, which I hate. The quest markers don't turn off when done unless you uncheck them,so I would have never looked in Cremena.

I am not sure here of what to say - we don't have crafting in our game, so almost the only way to get items is to buy them. How would you like it to be phrased not to be confusing? And we can't put a marker on Cremena since this sword could appear somewhere else too I think.

Thanks for the reply. I know you don't have crafting. It just seemed like it was something to obtain somewhere, not just for sale in a store. Just saying a little more direction would of been helpful. Still, I love the game and am enjoying it very much.

How would you rephrase this:
You can help Sylvia to avoid her sad fate if you get the weapon that Marcus was supposed to deliver to Wolfschanze. This is a rare and unusual oriental sword called Cora.

The Cora conversations could be read as implying there can only be "one" Cora in the world -- and Marcus the Armorer was to make it. I got that idea the first time through.

Still "rare and unusual" does imply "more than one" (but, hard to find). Perhaps, something like this would make it clearer that there is more than one.

"This is a rare and unusual oriental sword called Cora which is occasionally found in shops or on a fighter's corpse."

is this sword unique? is there a way to buy it twice?

It's rare so while not easy but it's possible to buy it twice. I once managed it in Windfeld but only on one playthrough. On others I got tired on waiting and gave up :)

If you don't get lucky with merchants I guess I should chip in that I got a second Cora on the Windfeld map as a drop (after conquering the Fichten's main castle Eagle's Nest). Also got a third one after a fight in the next chapter so there are definitely multiple ways to obtain a Cora for your troops - which is great, it's a really awesome weapon!

Dans la traduction française, l'épée se nomme " écorce " , on la trouve en effet à Cremena.

Be advised that the french traduction for the sword doesn't match the sword's name in the quest : "cora" is translated "écorce" as an item, but is still named "cora" in the quest log.

Is there a benefit to delivering the sword instead of the girl? That sword is precious, and hot chicks are a dime and a dozen ;)

Sigh, now that I am running into a lot of heavily armored Knights and Paladins and Sergeants, I wish I kept the sword and screwed the girl instead :(

wish i knew the answer to this question, as sword cora is VERY expensive and better keep it for myself than throw it away, or better yet, not buy it in the first place
Same with Simon the money lender; what do i gain from paying his debt ? will this choice ever reward me in the future ?
