Unable to connect to planet Auran server

This is what i got (and my friend too). And it does not matter that the site is online and that i can successfully login via browser. Any solutions?

Me too!!!! CMP 3.7 stopped my downloads and told me it can't find the host. Take us back to 3.6 please.

The server was down for maintenance and is now back up again. This is not related to the SP1 update.

Execuse me, but i read on forum about maintenance, and it was offline for long after you posted that maintenance is over.

I'm sorry but the problem is still there.

It doesn't appear to be a server issue so we need to identify what the issue is with your client contacting the server. (Here is a link to the server status page showing the down time and then no further problems. http://www.auran.com/planetauran/FTP_Status_Log.php?ShowDate=2013-05-08).

I assume you are trying to download content using Content Manager and that it worked correctly before the update?
Can you please confirm that your Planet Auran details are entered correctly (Content > File > Settings> Internet).
If you delete your Username then click Save, do you get an error "No Planet Auran username entered?"
If you re-enter your username and click Save, do you see the message in Download Helper saying "Validating your username".
Do you get an error after seeing this message?

Trying to change login data does not affects message. Plus, http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/auran.com says that the server is down when i cant connect. Plus a lot of other users replied at that downtime.

Content manager? Never heard.

I dont see Validating your username after clicking save as if the game were not trying to validate it.

Hey dart I got mine to work finally. You have to leave the user name and password empty then save it that way. Turn the program off and restart it. Fill in the info like you did the first time you installed and ran it.

Currently the server is up, so everything working perfecr except surveyor mode - it is buggy as i dont know what

I use window mode and it was a lot more stable. Maybe it'll work for you.
