The lost "Modula City Ralway" route

Recently I stuble upon a video on yt called "Trainz Modula City Railway Update 4" which was featuring a majestic rework of my all-time favorite route, Modula City. Sadly I noticed that the channel is abandoned since 5 years if not even more: no trace of other videos, updates, downloads, anything... Does somebody here know if that route got ever released?
