game loads but the menu doesnt apear please help

Same problem here. Using Win 10 64 bit Home Premium. I bought this game (and multiple DLC) YEARS ago, and have never been able to run it smoothly. Was really hoping this new system would be able to handle it, but...nope. Can't even get a menu to come up. I've tried changing the compaibility mode, DirectX, OpenGL...pretty much everything I can think of short of lauch parameters. I'll take any help I can get at this point.

D'oh! Yeah, I feel really stupid right now. Thanks for suggesting that. I'd never had a problem prior to this, so it never occurred to me to check. I definitely have something blocking the access. Thanks for the heads up. I'll figure it out and delete those screen caps.

confusing development after a while the menu apeared without me doing anything. Not shure what happend but ok.
