Sorry to hear you are having this issue. Can I ask you to try a couple of things for me to see if we can get you up and running?
- Right click the game in your Steam Library and select properties
- Head over to the Local Files Tab, and select the 'Verify Integrity of Game Files'
- Update your Drivers (very important)
- Close Steam and Restart (update if needed)
- Try loading the game again
If you find that the issue is still persisting please can you send us in a copy of your log file, as well as a system report. If you are unsure of how to get this please see below
