I'm really bad playing this, so far all the stages that I completed was watching videos or guides step by step while I play the stage, and I'm not really enjoying it, I tried so many times to play by my own and I can't make any improve or progress

My favorite approach is to focus on transmission first. Get the disease to spread around the world before evolving any symptoms. Once everyone is infected, that's when I start with symptoms - usually paranoia and insanity first.

It isn't the way to get a high score, but if you're just having fun wiping out humanity, it works.

If you want your disease to go unnoticed then keep severity low. This does come with a penalty as all red bubbles will be worth less. Once you have infected a fair few countries you can up the severity and start killing humans.
