How to transfer progress from IPad to PC?

So ive beaten almost every disease on mega brutal other than simian flu and unlocked every gene on ios plague inc. since ive done so much and im thinking of getting evolved, i was wondering if there is a way of transfering my progress from ipad to pc. Thanks!

Would it be fine to use S.A.M (Steam Achievment Manager) to unlock just the achievments ive done on ipad? Is there some profile editor for your save game? If no than damnit :(
