QuadX has given you some good advice - remember the Neurax also has a few anti-cure symptoms so make sure to make use of those!
now, just wait around untill you got 100% infection, then quickly rush to either kill or control (both are left of the symptom tree, where you are to remain invisible, go up to control, or down to kill)
Yeah I can see how that would be confusing, suddenly the game is about Not killing people. Personally I, like many others, love the Neurax Worm. I even played on brutal first time through (unlike the others types) because I secretly hoped I would get stuck on it, unfortunately I won ):
Start in Japan first, they seem like they would be the most succeptible. I choose to beleive thet's what made victory possible. Serious advice is try to avoid notice or outrage, once people start noticeing brain parasites they get upset for some reason. Once people start getting antsy start using your hosts to slow research speed and condition society into accepting you.
All hail Neurax Worm!
