IF they did add it, I doubt that it would be thrown in your face. But I think it's best to leave that job to Google (or Bing... or whatever other search engines there is...).
Besides, learning about what the symptoms are and what they do, as well as what it looks like in real life isn't a bad thing. :3
not like you NEED to take pictures of people infected to get the message, you want to show a deadly plague being researched, show images of doctors researching the cure with a little message saying "doctors work 24/7 no sleep"
it gets the message that a plague is so dangerous that researchers are wroking non stop to try and find a cure.
another example that gives the same message is this. "Unamed Doctor infects himself in desperate attempt to find a link to the cure" and you see an anonymous outline to indicate that we don't know who he is but we know he sacraficed his health to try and save countless others.
don't need to show someone vomiting or with rashes all over his/her face, those types of images work just as well.
It's just a very basic idea, what you say is just as good :)
but not the city cam photos of martial law, total anarchy, or anything else?
IF ANYTHING is wrong with this game its that it's not real enough. We're playing a "realistic" disease simulator, not the newest Dora the Explorer game. People die of horrible diseases everyday, and if we're playing a disease related game I would love to see people die in horrible ways at the hands of my plague.
Because that's why I bought the game.....to kill people. Oh and my dad is an physician and i may or may not have developed a fascination with diseaseology over my 18 yrs. So there's my 2 cents or so.
Tl;DR: I think pictures of people dying in horrible ways are cool.
