How to get these achievements?

There random combos. Just keep on playing around with the necroa virus until you get a random combo. (The runner,spitter and tank are for the necroa virus only)

Not random at all, they require certain symptoms, usually a combination of symptoms (just like the projectile vomiting = coughing + vomiting, or oops = sneezing + diarrhea)

You need the right Zombie evolutions to get them. They all require a combo of two zombie evoultions (two symptoms or 1 sympton and 1 abillity).

Runner = Enhanced Motor Control symptom and Engorged Quadriceps ability (in the horde part of the tree).

Tank = Bone Dysplasia and Anabolic Boost symptoms.

Spitter not 100% sure but its one of the range attack symptoms + vision symptoms.

Where's Enhanced Sensory Control on the symptom tree, all I've ever found was Enhanced Sensory Percepton or something like that.

It is Naja Mortis and Enhanced Sensory Integration.

There is no such symptom as Enhanced Sensory Control.
