Does this game have Madagascar?
And does it close it's ports the second the virus is discovered? Serious question that always bugs me about virus games

yes.

no. ive had more issues with greenland than anywhere else. not that its impossible to deal with at all, just usually the last country i infect.

Yes it has Madagascar.

Unlike Pandemic, it is actually possible to infect it even if someone sneezes in Australia. Based ont he mobile version, mind, but either way, evolve your transmissions enough, and it's possible to get non-human transmission even to closed off islands...

Greenland is made of hatred and broken dreams, though. Screw Greenland and its ice.

I always had issues with Greendland, New Zealand, and the New Guinea; one of those bastards would never die... :(
Vork 21 lutego 2014 o 6:58
Yep .. as above: Greenland, New Zealand, and the New Guinea are a major pain to infect sometimes. Fungus was actually the easiest when it came to these isles.
Noesanity 21 lutego 2014 o 7:14
if ports close, evolve to birds, they will infect random countries across the world randomly.
Wendek 21 lutego 2014 o 7:17
It's very unreliable, though. Ports closing in remote islands is very often synonym with loss. (except with Fungus and Neurax) But fortunately they don't close nearly as fast here as in Pandemic.

New Zealand executed 232 people for sneezing, then shut down their ports. ♥♥♥♥ you, New Zealand.

it's 100% reliable at infecting the 1 country you haven't infected yet.

No, it isn't. I had every country infected and dying, full upgrade on my birds/rats/sheep, and Greenland just laughed at the world as it crumbled around them. Not a single Infected in the whole country.
Beewo 21 lutego 2014 o 17:02
had 14 infected by it wouldn't spread in greenland at the end:/

Another failure from having one island country that just would not infect. This is the 6th time in a row. The rest of the world is gone except for one island. Not only is that not "realistic", it's bordering on broken.
Lepaca 21 lutego 2014 o 18:08
Greenland is a pain. On the mobile version, I always start my outbreak in Greenland.

You have to keep track of all nations that are not yet infected and not crank up the lethality until every country is infected to a high level. Otheriwse even if you infect people, you kill off your hosts too quickly and then you have to re-infect
Kotli 22 lutego 2014 o 2:45
Well you can always pick the most annoying place to start in. As for closing the boarders so far I only had boarder closed after the country is infected or the infection is is more spots.
