Achievement: "I Never Asked For This"

If anyone knows how to obtain this achievement, any advice would be great and helpful. Thanks!

You got to have your vision augmented

I might need more then that if possible. All I know is Artifical Organs start to save lives once lethality starts. I know Insanity causes them to rip them out. Only headline in the news I see shortly after is New batch of Artifical Organs received in the news feed. I never get any pop-ups about malfunctioning etc...nothing. I'm completely lost on this achievement. There is not 1 single FAQ or guide to acquire this anywhere on the internet so that's why I ask here.

That people rip out their artificial organs is NOT the target.
In fact people with artificial organs have to experience mild cases of hemorrhoids.


Evolve these symptoms (.... keep devolving everything else)

Nausea / Vomiting / Diarrhoea
Coughing
Rash / Sweating
Insomnia / Paranoia

Then wait until popups appears: "Artificial organs to save lifes ..."

Then evolve:

Cysts / Hyper sensitivity / Abscesses / Inflammation
Anaemia / Haemophilia / Internal Haemorrhaging


Note: It took several tries for me, so something must be fishy with this procedure or the achievement-unlock is buggy itself.

Also I´ve read, that maybe less symptoms are necessary to get the achievement.

I did what you tried, I eventually got the malfunction pop-up. But what after that...do I just wait for another pop-up or do I devolve anything? Cure was 100% shortly after. Been attempting this on Casual and Normal. No Cheats.

I did in casual, so the difficulty level must be irrelevant in this case.

I´m afraid the achievement is most likely busted after the malfunktion popup appears, so you have to restart.

Up, need working strategy!

Try that with bacteria on casual : use air1 and water 1 as transmission and add : Diarrhoea (Nausea path), Cyst + Hyper Sensivity + Inflamation + Abscess, Internal Hemorraging (Blood symptom path) after that add Coughing, Ssweating ( Rash ) , Paranoia ( Insomnia). Use drug and cold resist for spread around the world. Keep in mind that can happen at early game, and late game too and is totally random, so try to slow cure research and devolde lethal symptom. If u fail try again , good luck.
