Okay, how and were can I enable cheats now?

I pretty much busted my butt and lost several times over to unlock the cheats and they are all gone now. According to the update they are there, but I have no idea how to even see, much less use any cheat at all.

I did beat the game without cheating, but like many of you, I would rather just cheat to TRY this or TRY that way to see which I perfer to just play with and now I have no clue on how to do this.

Can someone help me find the cheats?

when you pick the difficulty, theres a cheat tab, click that and pick what cheat you want.

Gotta beat the game with all diseases on at least brutal to try them though.

I did that already. I just don't see the option now like I used to see before the patch is all.
