Virus in PlagueIncEvolved.exe

My GData AntiVirus Software reported, that the PlagueIncEvolved.exe contains a Win32.Application.Amonetize.D (Engine B) virus and that therefore the file is beeing quarantined. Have you guys been sloppy with your security or what has happened here?
This warning came straight after the most recent update.

I own GDATA and its all fine with PlagueIncEvolved.exe
Maybe you had that virus already and it is copying itself now to other .exe-Files?

I can report the same issue here with GData and PlagueInc. Solution from Steam (delete appcache folder and restart pc) does not work.

We can assure you the file is fine. We keep a close eye on such things. All such anti-viruses do report false positives from time to time, e.g. GDATA here Thanks.

No virus in plague inc.
It can be the way the file is encrypted or some "command" the game use your anti virus
doesn't like. Wrong positif is really REALLY commun, specially with some antivirus

Sometimes, when downloading your games on steam you will get a false positive for a trojan virus, I use superantspyware as a back-up to my regular antivirus and sometimes it claims there is a virus, most likely due to how the game installs.
